A hometown hero is the latest celebrity to debut a children’s book. Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia unveiled his first book CC Claus: A Baseball Christmas Story. The book was co-written by Ray Negron, a special advisor for community relations for the Yankees.
“It’s been a cool experience,” Sabathia said of doing the book. Obviously, being able to be part of a book, have my family in a book, is great. Ray (Negron, his co-author) came to me a couple of years ago with this idea and just to kind of see it through and be here signing the book is pretty cool.”
