Book Expo America (BEA) is the largest North American gathering of authors, publishers, agents, booksellers, and others involved in the literary industry. BEA is a dynamic convention which creates exposure for authors and books; highlights publishing trends; and promotes networking and relationship building. Featured children’s literature/youth trade exhibitors included American Girl Publishing, Fablus (Canada) and little Blueprint, among others.

Expo attendees lined up to meet New York Media Works founder and “Bubblegum Princess” author, Julie Gribble, as she signed copies of the book at the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) booth. The IBPA booth exposes independent publishers to thousands of BEA attendees via prime exhibition placement on the convention center floor. Rocco Staino, HuffPost contributor, and director of the Empire State Center for the Book stopped by the booth in a show of support.

Book Expo America media partners include The New York Times, HuffPost Books, NPR and USA Today. Click here to read more about BEA.
